1. What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via TT or LC. Normally, it is 30% TT as a deposit, and the balance should be paid before shipment. For LC, we offer sight LC, 30 days LC, 60 days LC, and 90 days LC. All transactions are secure and protected.
2. How long will I receive my trucks or machinery?
From the time we receive your deposit or LC, it typically takes about 45 days to produce the trucks and 35 days for machinery. Shipment to Africa and South America takes around 40 days, while to Asia and Southeast Asia countries, it takes about 2 weeks. These are estimated times and may vary due to production schedules or unforeseen circumstances. For updates on your shipment, please contact our customer service.
3. What is the oil consumption for your trucks?
Sinotruk trucks have an average oil consumption of about 35L/100Km, which can vary based on actual loading and driving conditions. The consumption may increase with heavy loads or on inclines.
4. What is the warranty you provide?
We offer a 1-year warranty or 60,000Km, whichever comes first, from the date of your B/L. The warranty covers parts and labor as specified in our warranty policy. For warranty claims, please refer to our warranty claim procedure.
5. Are your trucks brand new or used?
All our trucks and machinery are brand new and have undergone rigorous quality checks before delivery. We do not sell used trucks. For new truck purchases, you can expect the highest standard of quality.
6. Do you have stocked trucks or machinery?
For stock availability, please provide your detailed requirements, such as model year and payload. We will check our stock system and get back to you promptly. While we cannot guarantee stock availability, we will do our best to meet your needs.
7. Can I paint my LOGO on the truck?
Yes, we can customize your truck with your logo at no additional cost. Please provide the logo artwork during the ordering process.
8. Where is your factory located?
Our Sinotruk factory is located in Jinan city, Shandong Province. It’s conveniently accessible via a 1.5-hour high-speed train from Beijing, a 2.5-hour flight from Guangzhou, or a 4-hour high-speed train from Shanghai. For factory visits, please book in advance through our customer service.
