This manual has been specifically created to help extend the service life of your purchased products and to maximize economic benefits. Please read through this manual carefully upon vehicle acceptance and keep it in a safe place. (Please note that the warranty certificate will not be reissued if lost.) Also, please take note of the following precautions:
- Use and maintain the vehicle in accordance with the regulations outlined in the “Sinotruk User’s Manual.”
- Between 2000-4000 kilometers of vehicle operation, please bring this manual along with the purchase invoice to the designated Heavy Duty Truck Service Station (for addresses, refer to the Truck Service Station Address Book included in this manual) for mandatory maintenance.
- After the mandatory maintenance, schedule regular maintenance at a Heavy Duty Truck Special Service Station every 10,000 kilometers of additional mileage.
- The “Heavy Duty Truck Product Warranty Card” included in this manual is essential for warranty claims. Failure to conduct mandatory maintenance as per regulations, or having maintenance performed at a non-recognized service unit, will void the “warranty maintenance service” privilege for your vehicle.
- In the event of a vehicle breakdown, please proceed to the nearest Sinotruk Service Station for identification and processing in a timely manner; otherwise, Heavy Duty Vehicle will not cover any self-maintenance costs incurred by the user.
- Use only repair parts and lubricants approved by Sinotruk, especially for (air, oil, fuel) filters (elements).
- No modifications to the vehicle should be made without written permission from the Sinotruk Product Development Department.
- To protect your legitimate rights and interests, if you are dissatisfied with the service provided by the special service unit, please feel free to contact our Sales Company Customer Service Center directly for satisfactory assistance.
