Heat oil pipes in asphalt pipelines for smooth liquid flow and prevention of asphalt coke burning.
A rotation indicator for manual spray applications, allowing operators to calculate vehicle speed and asphalt rotation speed for uniform spray volume.
An automatic control system for precise and even spray distribution during automatic spray operations.
Working Principle
The asphalt distributor works by pumping hot asphalt from the storage pool to the tank, heating it to the working temperature at the construction site, and then spraying it onto the pavement using an electrical apparatus control system.
